Secret plans are being arranged for a mercy mission to Kenya, where ironically is the same place where Prince William proposed to her. Aides will travel to the country before the holiday season, to plan her itinerary. It is believed that Kate will come face-to-face with the 100,000 children who face famine and starvation.
Float Like a Butterfly, Sting Like a Bee
According to My Daily.com, Camilla Parker Bowles has been giving Kate Middleton beauty advice by passing on the name of her facialist, Deborah Mitchell to the Duchess.
Mitchell has been working with Camilla for the past six years, and gives Camilla her bee sting facial, which has been hailed as an all natural, non-surgical facelift. Sources say that Kate has been receiving at-home visits from Mitchell. Mitchell is a world renowned skin care professional who also has an award winning skincare line called “Heaven.”
The Daily Mail reports that the bee-sting treatment contains about one percent bee venom, which is believed to trick the surface of the skin that it has been stung. This treatment is said to increase blood flow, collagen and elasticity of the skin.
However, Camilla isn’t the only A-lister who is a fan of this treatment. Victoria Beckham and Michelle Pfeiffer are also clients of Mitchell’s beauty clinic. While it has not yet been confirmed whether the Duchess of Cambridge is in fact a customer, Mitchell states that the treatment has been shown to naturally smooth wrinkles and give skin a soft, supple look and feel–unlike many of the other well-known botox treatments, which have been known to make people look overly surprised even whey are not.
